Haha!

I loved some of the jokes, and the loading screem was a bit funny and unexpected.
Some jokes weren't funny at all, and the animation/art could have been a lot better.
But I still like it.

Lacks....well... almost everything

Make the animation smoother, better special effects, make the animation at least X4 longer, get some better music, add a bit of animation to the talking, more opponents, more firefights, suggest you make your own character, use background for the text, and show some of what happened before the hitman entered the building, rather than just skipping it all.
Add all of that, and you should get a decent rating.
